At Westend Agro Manufacturing Company Limited, we believe that sustainable business growth is achieved through the empowerment of people and the development of communities. Our corporate social responsibility initiatives are centered on supporting our workforce, strengthening communities, and promoting opportunities for women and children.

As part of this commitment, we are proud to sponsor selected staff members to participate in the MICE Agro Engineering Workshop and Training, scheduled to take place from 19th to 23rd December, 2025, in Deventer, Netherlands. The international training programme is organised by Eventarchitect under the leadership of its CEO, Mr. Gebert Johnson, and focuses on modern agro-engineering practices, innovation, and global best standards.

This initiative is designed to:

Enhance the technical skills and professional capacity of our workforce

Promote innovation and efficiency within our manufacturing operations

Encourage knowledge transfer that benefits our communities

Support inclusive development with special focus on women and children
